SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

 

 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

 

I, MANANG B. BIDAY, single, of legal age, Filipino, with residence at Bahay Kubo Kahit Munti, Philippines, do hereby name, constitute, and appoint MANONG B. BIDAY, single, of legal age, Filipino with residence at #2 Bahay Kubo Kahit Munti, as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, to act for and in my name, place and stead, and to perform the following acts, things, and deeds, to wit:

 

1.     To sell, offer for sale, and come to an agreement as to the purchase price, and thereafter to sign for me and in my name, for the sale of my real property located at Unit 8B, 8^th Floor, Bahay Kubong Mataas, Ortigas Center, Ortigas, Pasig City.

 

FURTHERMORE, as my attorney-in-fact, she is authorized to negotiate the sale of the aforementioned property, to sign the necessary documents which will effect the sale of the same and to receive, deposit and encash all checks in payment of the said property and to pay all the necessary taxes, fees and other expenses including the brokers commission to effect transfer of the same.

 

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full powers and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority to sell, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact or their substitutes shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
